Kathleen Hass (Kitty) is a prominent presenter at industry conferences, author and lecturer in strategic project management and business analysis disciplines. Kitty has managed large, complex projects in the airline, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing industries, and in the U.S. Federal Government. Kitty has managed technology and software-intensive projects, and served as engagement manager for large, complex client engagements. Kitty is a thought leader in the fields of business analysis and complex project management. She is a member of the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) Senior Leadership Team, currently serving as Director at Large, Chapter Governance Committee chairperson, and member of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) committee. Kitty contributed to several BABOK sections and lead author of the Enterprise Analysis chapter.
